Answer: Our group provides complete planning, design and development, from “Conception through Grand Opening and Beyond” including branding, negotiating the hotel flag, sales and marketing, the interior designs along with complete procurement, asset management, move management and installation of all interior product as needed.
We provide regional or local management in the areas of FF&E installation, warehousing, logistics, construction and renovation that can be aligned with client headquarters or wherever most of your activity is managed. Being headquartered in the USA, we have the crews and management team that have created, developed and installed over 100 well known hospitality, gaming and entertainment operations here in the states, as well as Europe, Asia and the Caribbean.
The main difference between our competitors and what we do is explained very simply. Our competitors may offer great services, but we are the only group that can facilitate complete planning, design and development, warehousing, FF&E installation, logistics, full construction and or renovation services for hotels, resorts, casinos, cruise ships and theme parks.
